Ingredients

500 grams of Mussels
½ cup of Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of Sweet paprika
1 pinch of Salt

Step 2 : Once it reaches a boil, leave for 10 minutes.
Step 3 : Remove the mussels that open from the water, discard those that do not.
Step 4 : Keep the resulting broth.
