Ingredients

1 Kilogram of goatfish

6 Eggs

1 tablespoon of Lard

500 milliliters of Cream

1 cup of Fried tomato

1 pinch of Black pepper

1 tablespoon of Flour

1 tablespoon of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The preparation begins by boiling the goatfish, paying special attention to shredding it and removing the venomous spines.

Step 2 : Then, place the fish in a food processor along with the eggs, a cup of tomato, the cream, salt, and pepper, and process until all ingredients are well combined.

Step 3 : Next, pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold, then place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius over a water bath for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 4 : Once ready, unmold and decorate with aioli.
