Ingredients

250 grams of Gomera cheese or similar cheese

Very cured goat cheese

1 Tomato

1 Cayenne pepper

1 Garlic clove

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 : To start preparing the paté, cut the cheese into small pieces and place it in the food processor, preferably using well-aged cheese or almogrote.

Step 2 : Gradually process the cheese until a fine texture is achieved.

Step 3 : Then, peel the tomato and garlic, and add them to the processor along with the pepper and oil.

Step 4 : Process the mixture until all ingredients are integrated and a smooth paste forms.

Step 5 : To serve, it is recommended to toast slices of country bread, spread them with the prepared paste, and enjoy this delicious paté.
