Grilled Chistorra with Cider
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Chistorra sausages
250 milliliters of Cider
1 Bay leaf
1 Chopped garlic clove
1 teaspoon of Sweet paprika

Preparation
Step 1 : To start, light the grill using charcoal, gas, or electric, and make sure to preheat it to a medium or medium-high temperature.
Step 2 : Place the chistorra on the grill, avoiding poking it so it doesn't lose its juices, and cook slowly, turning every 2 or 3 minutes to brown evenly on all sides.
Step 3 : When the chistorra is well marked and golden, remove it from the heat and set aside.
Step 4 : In a grill-safe skillet, add the cider, bay leaf, chopped garlic, and sweet paprika.
Step 5 : Let the mixture reduce for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce slightly thickens.
Step 6 : Then, incorporate the chistorra into the skillet and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, allowing it to absorb the flavors of the sauce.
Step 7 : Finally, serve the chistorra sliced into portions.
Step 8 : They go very well with slices of rustic bread, perfect for dipping into the delicious cider sauce that accompanies it.
