Mariner's Soup
Ingredients

1 kilogram of Mussels
1 kilogram of Cockles
1 kilogram of Tellins
100 grams of Thick noodles
250 grams of Tomatoes
4 Scallions
2 Garlic cloves
50 milliliters of Olive oil
¼ liter of Dry white wine
1 liter of Lean fish broth
2 tablespoons of Chopped dill
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for two minutes, then refresh in cold water, peel them, remove the seeds, and cut into small dice.
Step 2 : Clean and rinse the shells of the mussels, cockles, and tellins. Cook the mussels in white wine until they open; reserve the strained broth and repeat with the other seafood.
Step 3 : In a pot with white wine, place the mussels and bring to a boil over high heat, shaking the pot to open them.
Step 4 : Once opened, remove and set aside.
Step 5 : Repeat the process with the cockles and tellins in the same pot.
Step 6 : Strain the broth from the previous cooking and set aside.
Step 7 : In a new pot, heat the oil and sauté the chopped scallions and garlic cloves.
Step 8 : Add the chopped and peeled tomatoes, cooking them for a few minutes over high heat.
Step 9 : Then add the noodles, mussels, tellins, and cockles, submerging them in the reserved broth and fish stock.
Step 10 : Season with chopped dill, pepper, and salt, and let simmer until boiling.
