Moruno Skewers
Ingredients
500 grams of Pork meat
250 grams of Cherry tomatoes
6 tablespoons of Tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of Sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of Spicy paprika for sauce
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
2 Slices of country bread
2 Garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of Thyme
Preparation
Step 1 : The skewers are prepared by cutting the meat into medium-sized cubes.
Step 2 : Then, mix the oil with the paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Step 3 : Next, brush the meat cubes with this mixture and let them rest overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 4 : To assemble the skewers, alternately thread the meat cubes and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers.
Step 5 : Then, grill them for about ten minutes.
