Ingredients

200 grams of Chorizo

1 Onion

1 kilogram of Potatoes

1 teaspoon of Sweet paprika

1 Bay leaf

1 Chili pepper

100 milliliters of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a saucepan, place oil and heat.

Step 2 : Add the finely chopped onion and brown it.

Step 3 : Then, cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the pan to sauté for about five minutes.

Step 4 : Add paprika, bay leaf, and chili pepper.

Step 5 : Cover everything with water and season with salt.

Step 6 : Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 7 : Next, add the chopped chorizo and cook for an additional 20 minutes.

Step 8 : Finally, serve sprinkled with paprika.
