Spanish-Style Artichokes
Ingredients

2 Kilograms of artichokes
1 Onion
2 tablespoons of Flour
1 cup of White wine
1 cup of Broth
1 A splash of oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the artichokes, start by removing leaves and the stalk, then rub them with lemon to prevent oxidation and darkening.
Step 2 : Next, boil them in salted water with lemon for about 15 minutes, or until tender, then drain.
Step 3 : In a pot, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped onion until golden.
Step 4 : Once golden, add the flour and mix well.
Step 5 : Then, add the artichokes, vegetable broth, wine, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6 : Let it cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.
