20 milliliters of Brandy

10 milliliters of Liqueur

Ground cinnamon

Lemon zest

Coffee beans

Preparation

Step 1 : Begin by preparing a short, concentrated espresso coffee, which will be reserved for later use.

Step 2 : In a heat-resistant glass, place the condensed milk, ensuring it stays at the bottom.

Step 3 : Carefully add first the brandy and then the Licor 43, trying to keep each liqueur in a separate layer over the condensed milk.

Step 4 : To incorporate the espresso without disturbing the layers, use a tilted spoon to gently pour the coffee slowly over the liqueur layers, thus maintaining their differentiated appearance.

Step 5 : Then, decorate with a pinch of ground cinnamon on top, a little lemon zest, and some coffee beans to add texture and aesthetics.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the Asian Coffee hot, taking care not to stir the layers so they can be appreciated visually and enjoyed for their harmonious flavor.
