Ingredients

1 Pork ribs

1 can of Beans or kidney beans

1 cup of Lentils

1 Blood sausage

Chard

2 Carrots

Leek

Turmeric

Onion

Garlic

Fried tomato sauce

Vera paprika

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by washing and chopping all the vegetables into cubes.

Step 2 : In a preheated skillet, place the garlic, leek, and onion to sauté until golden, about 10 minutes over low heat.

Step 3 : Next, add the tomato to the mixture.

Step 4 : In a pot, place the beans, lentils, and some water, then heat the mixture.

Step 5 : Then, add the blood sausage and the ribs cut into pieces.

Step 6 : After 10 minutes, add the sautéed vegetables and, after 5 minutes, incorporate the rest of the chopped vegetables.

Step 7 : Cook for approximately half an hour.

Step 8 : Finally, add the chard to taste, season with salt and pepper as desired, and serve the dish.
