Ingredients

400 grams of Beans

200 grams of Ham

200 grams of Bacon

2 Asturian chorizos

2 Asturian black pudding

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The beans are soaked for 12 hours.

Step 2 : Then, they are placed in a pot along with the ham and bacon, previously drained.

Step 3 : They are covered with cold water and brought to a gentle boil for 1 hour.

Step 4 : The chorizos and black pudding are washed and pricked with a knife, then added to the pot and cooked for another half hour.

Step 5 : Ten minutes before cooking finishes, add salt.

Step 6 : Once ready, remove from the heat and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 7 : To serve, cut the ham, bacon, chorizos, and black pudding, and serve together with the beans.
