1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : First, carefully wash the bonito, ensuring you remove the scales and blood, and dry it with a clean cloth.

Step 2 : Then, place the bonito in a pot with a little oil and quickly sear each side, just a few seconds, until lightly golden, then set aside.

Step 3 : In the same pot, if necessary, add a bit more oil and sauté the onion, pepper, and garlic, all chopped, along with the chili, until tender and fragrant.

Step 4 : Next, pour enough tomato sauce to completely cover the bonito and let it cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend well.

Step 5 : Once that time has passed, remove the chili and strain the sauce through a sieve to obtain a smoother texture.

Step 7 : Finally, let it rest a few minutes before serving, so the dish is perfectly ready to enjoy.
