Fideuá is a traditional Valencian dish similar to paella, made with noodles and fish in its broth. Prepared with a mix of seafood and aromatic herbs, its slow cooking allows the flavors to blend harmoniously in each bite. Ideal to enjoy in the company of loved ones. Enjoy your meal.
In a paella pan with hot oil, sauté the seafood ingredients for a few minutes.
Then add the noodles and cook with fish stock until al dente.
Finally, add the prawns and crayfish again to bake for a few more minutes.
A delicious dish ready to serve right in the same paella pan.
