Garlic Rabbit

Garlic rabbit is a classic and comforting dish, originating from Toledo, prepared with chunks of white meat, garlic, white wine, broth, and a touch of lemon.

It is easy to make and very healthy, ideal for those seeking bold and simple flavors.

The key lies in browning the rabbit well and thickening the sauce with fresh ingredients, such as parsley and lemon juice, to achieve a creamy texture and balanced flavor.

You can also vary the recipe by using non-alcoholic wine or baking it in the oven for a different version. It’s a perfect dish to enjoy with family or at casual gatherings.
