Ingredients

4 Hake fillets

12 Clams

4 Garlic cloves

½ cup of Extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley

½ cup of Basque white wine

½ liter of Fish broth

100 grams of Cooked peas

12 Cooked asparagus

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation
