Hake with Green Sauce
Ingredients
4 Hake fillets
12 Clams
4 Garlic cloves
½ cup of Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley
½ cup of Basque white wine
½ liter of Fish broth
100 grams of Cooked peas
12 Cooked asparagus
1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : In a saucepan, start by heating the oil together with the garlic cloves until golden.
