Ingredients

4 Garlic cloves

½ Stale bread

1 tablespoon of Cumin

1 tablespoon of Paprika

2 cans of Chickpeas

2 Boiled eggs

2 Bay leaves

500 grams of Codfish

1 Package of spinach

1 Onion

4 tablespoons of Cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious stew, cook the chickpeas, bay leaves, garlic, and codfish in a pot for about 15 minutes.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, fry the diced stale bread in oil, then remove and blend it.

Step 3 : In a separate bowl, mix the boiled egg yolks with cumin.

Step 4 : Once the chickpeas have cooked, drain them and place them in the same pot where the bread was fried, adding paprika and the egg yolks mixed with cumin.

Step 5 : Next, chop the boiled egg whites and add them to the pot.

Step 6 : Finally, add the spinach and let it simmer for another 15 minutes.

Step 7 : As an alternative, you can add rice to this tasty stew to make it even richer.
