Stuffed Pork Loin with Peppers
Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Lamb rib rack
6 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 Onion
1 cup of Dry white wine
1 Truffle
1 Fresh thyme sprig
1 pinch of Salt
½ Green pepper
½ Red pepper
2 Garlic cloves
Basil, rosemary, cilantro
Sugar
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by washing the peppers and placing them in a dish along with the peeled garlic, rosemary, basil, and cilantro.
