400 grams of Rabbit

400 grams of Chicken

100 milliliters of Olive oil

150 grams of Lima beans

250 grams of Autonomous green beans

100 grams of Tomatoes

300 grams of Rice

1 teaspoon of Sweet paprika

1 pinch of Saffron threads

1500 milliliters of Water

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To start, cut the rabbit and chicken into pieces.

Step 2 : Then, heat the oil in the paella and brown the meats.

Step 3 : It's important to season with salt and pepper and add the beans, cooking them for about 10 minutes.

Step 4 : Next, add the grated tomato and stir with a wooden spoon to release its juice, followed by adding paprika, saffron, and water.

Step 5 : Cook everything for 30 minutes.

Step 6 : After this time, increase the heat and add the rice, letting it cook for another 20 minutes.

Step 7 : Finally, it is recommended to let the paella rest for 5 minutes before serving.
