Wild Asparagus Gazpacho
Ingredients
2 Bunches of wild asparagus
½ cup of Extra virgin olive oil
2 Garlic cloves
2 Slices of bread
2 Hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons of White wine vinegar
500 milliliters of Cold water
1 pinch of Salt
