Ingredients

400 milliliters of Water

250 grams of Wheat flour

1 liter of Oil

1 pinch of Salt

3 tablespoons of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : Place water with salt in a pot and bring to a boil.

Step 2 : Once boiling, add all the flour at once and stir constantly with a wooden spoon until the dough has no lumps.

Step 3 : Then, remove from heat, let it cool, and put it in the churrera.

Step 4 : Preheat the oil over high heat.

Step 5 : Form the churros by pushing the dough through the churrera, and fry until they are well golden on all sides.

Step 6 : Dry with paper towels and serve sprinkled with sugar.
