Ingredients

100 grams of Corn flour

30 grams of Wheat flour

½ cup of Room temperature water

1 cup of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the tortos, start by mixing the two flours along with the salt and warm water in a bowl until fully incorporated.

Step 2 : Once the mixture is smooth without lumps, form a dough ball and let it rest in the bowl for 5 hours.

Step 3 : Then, cut the dough into pieces of approximately 40 grams and roll with a rolling pin until forming a disc about 1 cm thick.

Step 4 : Next, heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the tortos until they are golden on both sides.

Step 5 : Once ready, drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the tortos with your preferred dip and enjoy.
