170 grams of Flour

3g Baking powder

250 milliliters of Water

50 grams of Butter

1 pinch of Salt

1 teaspoon of Sugar

4 Eggs

Oil for frying

Step 1 : First, sift the flour and baking powder into a large bowl, mixing them well.

Step 2 : In a saucepan, heat the water along with the butter, salt, and a teaspoon of sugar until it boils.

Step 3 : Then, quickly pour this hot mixture over the flour, and stir with a wooden spoon until a dough forms that separates from the sides of the pan.

Step 4 : Remove the dough from the heat and let it warm slightly for a few minutes.

Step 5 : Next, incorporate the eggs one by one, beating with electric beaters each time you add one, until each egg is well integrated before adding the next.

Step 6 : Allow the dough to rest for about 30 minutes to let it settle.

Step 7 : Once the time has passed, heat plenty of oil in a skillet or deep fryer over medium heat, making sure it is very hot.

Step 8 : Using oiled teaspoons, take small portions of dough, form balls, and fry them in the oil until golden and crispy.
