Ingredients
150 grams of Breadcrumb
500 milliliters of Water
100 milliliters of Olive oil
100 grams of Raw almonds
1 Garlic clove
2 tablespoons of Vinegar
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : First, soak the breadcrumb in cold water, leaving it there for a few minutes until it is fully absorbed.
Step 2 : Then, set aside the soaked breadcrumb.
Step 3 : Next, measure the amount of olive oil and reserve it in a separate jug.
Step 4 : In a container with a conventional blender, place all the ingredients, including the soaked breadcrumb, and blend until obtaining a very fine liquid.
Step 5 : It is important to slowly emulsify the oil while blending to achieve a creamy and homogeneous texture.
Step 6 : Once the mixture is ready, place it in the refrigerator and chill well before serving.
Step 7 : To present the dish, you can garnish with a few drops of olive oil and serve with peeled white grapes or small melon balls, which will add a touch of freshness and flavor.
