Ingredients

300 grams of Pork loin

250 grams of Stale bread

200 grams of Niscos

½ Onion

1 Garlic head

1 Bunch of fresh parsley

3 Tomatoes

1 Sliced potato

½ Cauliflower

1 cup of Sliced cabbage

1 Green pepper

1 tablespoon of Sweet paprika

Preparation

Step 1 : Before starting, it is important to wash and chop all the vegetables to be used.

Step 2 : Heat a clay pot and brown the pieces of meat with a bit of olive oil until they have a nice color.

Step 3 : Then, add the chopped onion along with the peeled and crushed garlic, the green pepper, and chopped tomatoes.

Step 4 : Stir everything to allow the flavors to blend.

Step 5 : Next, add the potatoes and parsley, then incorporate the sliced cabbage.

Step 6 : It is essential to wait until the cabbage loses its water before proceeding.

Step 7 : At this point, add a tablespoon of paprika, salt, and gradually pour in hot water, allowing the vegetables to cook slowly and absorb the flavors.

Step 8 : When the vegetables are tender, place slices of bread at the bottom of the pot.

Step 9 : On top of them, distribute the vegetables, making sure the bread is well covered.

Step 10 : Cover the pot so that the bread soaks up all the flavors.

Step 11 : Then, add the mushrooms, in this case niscos, cover again, and cook for a few more minutes until the bread is well impregnated and all the ingredients have developed a delicious flavor.

Step 12 : Finally, the soup is served very hot, providing a comforting and tasty option, perfect for any moment when warmth and flavor are desired in a dish.
